Founded by Martina Ocampo and Mey Paniza, OSOM is much more than just a cafe; it's a community that seeks to redefine the coffee experience.

At OSOM, the ordinary takes a backseat to the extraordinary. It's not merely a place to grab a cup of coffee; it's a sanctuary where stereotypes are left at the door. The atmosphere is as eclectic as it is welcoming, and you can feel the spirit of creativity from the moment you walk in, because what sets OSOM apart is its unique identity as a community. The OSOM crew doesn't see themselves as mere baristas but rather as integral members of a larger family. The sense of belonging is palpable, beautifully contagious and it's evident that OSOM is more than a business; it's a way of life.

So how should we describe OSOM’S mission and vision? I actually don’t have to do it myself as they talk about it themselves: to offer the best specialty coffee, unlocking its flavor potential while complementing it with a healthy and organic menu. But they don't stop there. In their designer, eclectic, and sustainable environment, OSOM aspires to create a community that fosters a sense of belonging. The vision for OSOM is even more profound, as they strive to be a social, conceptual, active, and spontaneous brand.

OSOM doesn't want to be just another coffee shop. They invite customers to share moments, knowledge, and experiences, breaking down the traditional barriers between barista and guest. They are dedicated to promoting sustainability, nurturing a passion for details and individuality, and spreading the culture of coffee. OSOM believes in supporting the communities they serve, creating a space where you can learn, change, evolve, and live free of labels.

OSOM has recently expanded its horizons with two new exciting ventures: OSOM Coffee Cantine and OSOM Coffeehouse. These new spaces offer an even more exciting experience because in Coffee Cantine you can eat one of OSOM’S delicious toasts or salads from AOOMI plates and Coffeehouse offers workshops, meetings and even yoga classes!
We could talk about mood, vibe and community for weeks, but let’s not forget that behind every great cup of coffee is a passionate roaster, and OSOM collaborates with the best. Their coffee is roasted by HOLA COFFEE, a specialty coffee roaster based in Madrid since 2017. This partnership ensures that every cup of coffee at OSOM is a journey through the world of flavors, crafted with precision and love.

And as we’ve just moved to coffee.. We should talk about the mugs. Black and white? Both are definitely the OSOM’S colors. OSOM owners picked a monochrome mix of AOOMI collections: SALT, MESS, and LUNA (the last one available only for our restaurant and coffee shop clients). This timeless mix perfectly complements the aesthetic of the coffee atelier.
