Can ÅOOMI ceramics be washed in a dishwasher?
Of course! You can wash our ceramics in dishwashers and steamers, including these industrial. When it comes to detergents, there are also no specific guidelines. However, we always suggest using the ecological ones, with the environment in mind.
Can I bake in the oven in your ceramics?
Yes, all our cups, plates and bowls are oven safe up to 260°C. Our platters are the best for cakes and tarts, while our cups are perfect for soufflés or small portions of baked fruit. Remember not to pour cold water on a hot dish after removing it from the oven. The temperature difference can make the ceramics crack.

Which cup size should I choose?
Our cups are available in nine different sizes. Each cup on our website has a description to help you make your choice, plus each product has a picture with a hand that helps to imagine their size.
Below is a size guide. However, remember that the final choice depends on your individual needs.
80ml — espresso, ginger shot
125ml — espresso lungo
170ml — flat white
200ml — americano, matcha; you can use the cup-shaped ones as small snack and dip bowls
250ml — cappucino, matcha latte
300ml — latte or your favourite herbal infusion, tea
330ml, 350ml, 400ml — tea, infusion, juice, hot chocolate, smoothie
How is the capacity of the cups measured?
We measure it from the bottom to the top edge of the cup - that is why their actual volume may be slightly smaller. In addition, each dish passes through human hands several times in the production process: it is sanded, wiped and glazed. Therefore, there may be slight differences between the same products. In such a situation each millimetre contributes to the final cup capacity. However, these are minimal differences. We like to think that they prove that each of our products is one of a kind!
I don't know what colour to choose. Which collections go well together?
We design all of them to make them able to be mixed and matched in any way. It is only up to you whether you choose a monochrome style or you will eclectically combine different colours. Can I buy ÅOOMI in a physical store?
We love hanging out with you guys, but we're not doing that right now.
