Will I get a refund for the shipment when returning my purchases?
If you return a product, we will refund you the entire cost of the order, including the shipping price. The cost of returning the returned goods to us is to be paid by you in both cases.
How much time do I have to return the goods?
You have 14 calendar days to return the goods, counting from the date of receipt of the order.
